Permanently remove your account and personal data

You can delete your Connecty account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — once confirmed, your account and the data tied to it are removed immediately.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed:

Your profile and account details (name, email, login credentials)

Your event registrations and tickets

Your community posts and comments

Your notifications and registered device tokens

Your bookmarks and personal preferences

What We Retain

A minimal amount of data must be kept to meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations:

Payment and transaction records required by law and tax regulations

Financial records held by our payment processor, Stripe

These records are pseudonymized or anonymized wherever possible

We retain only what we are legally required to keep, for only as long as the law requires. This data is never used for marketing and is not linked back to an active account.

When It Takes Effect

Deletion is effective immediately. As soon as you confirm, your account is closed and your personal data is removed — there is no waiting period and no way to recover the account afterward.
